Iterations

Weekly Demos

Every week: working software, demo recording, decision log. No status decks. If it doesn't work on the demo, we don't claim progress.

Handover

Documentation is delivered throughout the project, not at the end. Final 2 weeks of every engagement are explicit handover — knowledge transfer sessions, runbook walkthroughs, paired debugging on your team's first few production incidents.

Yes — our engineers use Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor as tools. AI-generated code goes through the same code review, tests, and style guides as human-written code. AI accelerates the boring parts; humans own architecture and judgment.

Yes — Discovery Sprints start around SGD 15K and last 2–3 weeks. Below that, we're probably not the right fit; a freelancer will serve you better.

We default to fixed-scope, milestone-based for defined builds — but we're explicit about what's in scope and what's not. Mid-project change requests get re-estimated; we don't quietly absorb scope creep. Embedded Team engagements use a retainer model.
